For more than 25 years, we've earned our customers' trust through exceptional quality, reliable service, and a commitment to doing things the right way. As a family-owned company, we combine the stability of an established business with the agility, accessibility, and personal relationships that larger organizations often lack.
The strength of our company is reflected in the people who choose to build their careers with us. Our average employee tenure is over 7 years, demonstrating the supportive culture, opportunities for growth, and sense of belonging that have become hallmarks of Pro Metal Works.
As our Quality Manager, you will have a direct impact on the future of our company. Working closely with ownership and senior leadership, you will lead quality initiatives, strengthen our Quality Management System, and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. Your expertise won't sit on the sidelines—it will help shape decisions, influence operations, and ensure we continue delivering products that exceed customer expectations.
What makes Pro Metal Works different is our culture. We believe great results come from great people who trust one another, share ideas openly, and take ownership of their work. We invest in our employees' success, encourage professional growth, and create opportunities for individuals to make a real difference every day.
Located in DeForest, Wisconsin, our facility offers convenient access to major highways and a community that provides an outstanding quality of life, from outdoor recreation and fitness opportunities to local dining, entertainment, and family-friendly amenities.
