We specialize in sheet metal fabrication w/welding of mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and coated materials. The thickness ranges from 24ga to ½”
We have hardware insertion machines, and can accommodate any needs for pem insertion. We’ve also adopted TOG-L-LOC for joining two pcs of metal in lieu of spot-welding.
We can handle and meet all necessary finish requirements. This includes powder coating, silk screening, plating, anodizing, e-coating, passivation, #8 stainless, wet coatings, and we can meet military spec requirements as well.
We can provide assembly if necessary. We typically work within an envelope of 3’x3’x3’
We can provide services outside of Pro Metal Works through strategic alliances with companies that can provide stamping, machining, tube fabrication, plate rolling, structural shape rolling, and heat treating.
